Editorial copyright
All original photography, journalism, design, and editorial matter published by Mistral & Marea Editions are protected by applicable copyright law. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use requires prior written permission.

Radar registrations & access
A Radar registration or RSVP is a request, not a guarantee of entry. Invitation Only gatherings are limited to named guests and may require presentation of identification. Public Reservation events remain subject to capacity, venue rules, and confirmation by the bureau.

Digital editions & trademark
The Mistral & Marea name, marks, digital editions, visual identity, and original formats belong to Mistral & Marea Editions. You may read and share links to our work, but may not reproduce the publication as a whole or imply an affiliation without permission.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of Málaga and the applicable Andalusian commercial regulations.
