The Diputación de Málaga has published the tender for the A-7176 road improvement project, covering the 6.1km stretch between the San Pedro de Alcántara roundabout and the north gate of La Zagaleta. The project includes widening the carriageway to 7.5m, adding a 1.5m shoulder, and installing guardrails along the three most exposed curves.
The tender budget is 3.8 million euros, with bids due by 30 November 2026.
